The Lost Hero: Discussion Questions

Rick Riordan's latest book, The Lost Hero has been out for just over a month now. I bet many of you have already flown through it and are now anxiously awaiting his next book. In the meantime, here are a few questions to think about - feel free to leave your answers in the comments. And for those of you who have not read the book, be warned! The comments may contain spoilers.

1. This book is the first in a new series, but picks up where the Percy Jackson books left off. Do you think you have to read the Percy Jackson books first in order to understand The Lost Hero?

2. What are some of the differences between the Greek and the Roman gods?

3. Who is the "lost hero"?

4. If you were a demigod, which Greek or Roman god would be your parent? Why?

i think my demigod parent would be apollo cause Im a really good singer....

I dont think you need to read the percy jackson books cause Rick really explains the important stuff throughout the book.

the lost hero can refer to either Percy Jackson or Jason Grace!!
